ePayIt - Online Court Payments
The following Online Services are available:
- Pay your bail/fine and close your Traffic/Non-Traffic Ticket.
- Pay your bail/fine/fee and request Traffic School (if eligible).
- Request a monthly installment payment plan.
- Pay a monthly installment payment on an established payment plan.
- Contest your ticket by requesting a Trial by Written Declaration and post your bail.
- Contest your ticket by requesting a Court Trial and post your bail.
- Matters referred to a collection agency.
- Cases with future court dates set.
- Juvenile Confidential matters.
The Court accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. There is a non-refundable 2.75% credit card fee and a $5.95 convenience fee charged in addition to your bail/fine which will appear as a separate item on your credit card statement. For monthly installment payment plans, the convenience fee is $2.95.
NOTE: If you request a Court Trial or Trial by Written Declaration and you are found not guilty, the credit card and convenience fees are not refundable.
There will be a non-refundable credit card convience fee charged in addition to your bail/fine which will appear as a separate item on your credit card statement.
